Using Nard from VirtualBox with a Direct Ethernet Connection

I'm not sure I fully understand your problem, can you explain in more detail? 
Your Raspberry is connected with an Ethernet cable, right? And your PC use 
WiFi? Are they on same subnet? Can you ping the Raspberry from Windows?
