add wifi to nard

Just FYI, I had to modify the boilerplate wpa_supplicant.conf. The defaults
there did not work with my access point.
Copy it from platform/raspi_x_revx/fs-template/etc/wpa_supplicant.conf into
skeleton (or your own platform) rather than modifying it in place.
