Announcing Nard SDK v1.10

A new stable version has been released! v1.10 makes Nard mature and a good 
platform for low cost robust embedded systems. The website documentation has 
been updated as well. Here is the changelog:

	- Faster bootup.
	- Better support for Pi model 3B.
	- Mains voltage monitoring during critical SD card operations.
	  (As a side effect the red LED are always lit though.)
	- cron daemon enabled by default. Put your scripts in /etc/cron.daily/
	- SSH and telnet servers works with IPv6.
	- Windows Notepad can edit network settings too (DOS format).
	- WiFi have less DHCP priority than wired -> use cable defaut GW firsthand.
	- Packages can use split GIT repositories.
	- Automounting of USB memory stick at /mnt/usbdisk/
	- Hotplug fix for large number of simultaneous USB devices.
	- Support for switching back and forth between static/dynamic
	  IP address in runtime.
	- When a network interface commes up, all scripts in
	  /etc/network/if-up.d are run (like in Debian).
	- Firewall with iptables (disabled by default though).
	- Remote migration from Raspbian to Nard via SSH possible.
	- New application: iPerf. Network speed test tool.
	- New applicaiton: Privoxy. A filtering web proxy server.
	- New application: rpiburn. For power supply testing.
	- New application: OScam. For DVB card sharing.
	- New application: fatrace. For monitoring disk I/O usage.
	- New application: libuuid. For generating system unique ID.
	- New application: Protocol Buffers from Google. For IPC communication.
	- New application: libusb. For generic access to USB devices.
	- New application: libmicrohttpd. A HTTP server in your custom application.
	- New application: liblo. The Open Sound Control protocol (OSC).
	- New application: Open Lighting Architecture. For DMX512 and RDM control.
