Nard Compression

Hello,

it's possible to change compression method for zImage, initramfs and kernel
module to XZ for example instead of GZ to reduce image size and use less
memory on the rapsberry ?

I tried to change kernel compilation options but it seem to be not working.

maybe it's a bad idea !?

I know that boot time will be increased.


any help will be welcome :)
