"no rule to make" on all platforms, except for skeleton

Hi
This is entirely my fault. I'm sorry but I did a mistake with the release 
tarball... Some parts were missing. It's fixed now. You will have to 
re-download the nard+addons-v1.00.tar.gz file.

- Extract the tarball
- make audit        (example using Raspbian)
- make test
